Order & Shipping
We process the order within 24 hours, your painting is printed and packed within 5 days and shipped from the United States.
It is necessary to count 3 to 5 working days more for the delivery, that is to say 8 to 10 working days in total for the reception of the parcel.
You will receive a tracking link by email following the shipment.
You have 24 hours to change your delivery address in case of error.
We ship to all of Europe and North America. However, you may have to pay customs fees for some countries.
Retours & échanges
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your painting. You can exercise your right of withdrawal, within a legal period of 14 days, without having to justify your reasons. You must however pay the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. To make a return request, please contact us at support@neutralwallart.com
In this case we will resend the canvas or refund you if this is not possible.
In this case, just send us a picture of the problem and we will resend the canvas to you.
